THE WHAT
You will own the revenue growth strategy for the Denver market. Client relationships, commercial accounts, insurance partnerships, referral networks, and sales team development. You will build the pipeline, close the deals, and open the doors that take this market to the next level.

THE WHERE
Denver, CO. In-office and in the field. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role. Candidates must be in the Denver metro or willing to relocate.
The Role
You are the growth engine. You know the Denver restoration market. You know the adjusters, the TPAs, the property managers, the commercial accounts. You know how to open doors and you know how to close. You'll build and lead a sales team, develop relationships at every level, and partner with operational leadership to make sure the business can deliver on everything you sell. You report directly to an owner who gives real autonomy, backs you with real resources, and gets out of the way when you're producing.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a sales and business development strategy to drive aggressive revenue growth
- Develop and manage relationships with insurance adjusters, TPAs, property managers, and commercial accounts
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team into high performers
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities across the Denver metro
- Partner with operations to ensure capacity matches growth
- Own sales KPIs, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasting
- Represent the company in the Denver restoration community through networking, events, and industry involvement
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth initiatives with ownership
Requirements
Must Haves
- 5+ years in a sales or business development leadership role
- Restoration industry experience required (must be recent, within the last 3-5 years)
- Proven track record of building revenue and growing a book of business
- Experience managing and developing a sales team
- Understanding of the Denver restoration market
- Self-starter who can work autonomously and drive results
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-service restoration company (mitigation, reconstruction, contents)
- Existing relationships with Denver-area insurance adjusters and commercial property managers
- Track record of scaling a market or branch from mid-size to large-scale operations
