General Manager
Quick Overview
My client is looking for a General Manager to lead their Denver restoration operation. This is a $20M+ business with 70+ team members, strong momentum, and real runway ahead. You'll be the CEO of this market. Full P&L ownership, team leadership, sales strategy, operational execution, and long-term vision. This is for someone who has run a restoration operation and is ready to do it at a higher level with real backing, real autonomy, and real upside.
THE WHO
An owner-operated restoration company backed by a 50-year-old network of nearly 400 offices across the US and Canada. The Denver market is one piece of a multi-market portfolio led by a seasoned operator who has built profitable restoration businesses from the ground up. This is not a corporate-owned, committee-run franchise. This is an entrepreneur-led operation with real capital, proven systems, and a track record of growing markets aggressively while taking care of people. The owner is looking for a leader who operates at an executive level. Someone who thinks like an owner, makes decisions like an owner, and takes pride in building something that matters.
THE WHAT
You will run the Denver market. Full P&L ownership, team leadership, sales growth, operational excellence, and strategic planning. Every function reports through you. You are the leader of this business in every way that counts.
THE WHY
Restoration is personal. When a family calls because a fire destroyed their home or a flood ruined everything they own, the GM's team is the one that shows up. You're not just running a business. You're running a team that puts people back in their homes, reopens businesses, and helps communities recover from the worst days they've ever had. Very few leadership roles give you P&L ownership, real autonomy, profit sharing, AND the chance to make that kind of impact. This is one of them.
THE WHERE
Denver, CO. In-office and in the field. This is a boots-on-the-ground executive role. Candidates must be in the Denver metro or willing to relocate.
The Role
You are the leader. You own every function of the Denver operation. You build the team, drive the revenue, tighten the operations, and set the vision. You develop the mid-level managers into real leaders. You make the calls on hiring, strategy, and growth. You report directly to an owner who gives true autonomy and backs you with resources, capital, and a support network of nearly 400 offices. If you've been a GM, branch leader, or senior operational executive in restoration and you want the next level of impact, compensation, and ownership over your work, this is the move.
